Sharks draw me into the water. Although Jaws kept me out of the water until my 30s, I've been obsessed with sharks since I watched that movie as a kid. There is still much that we don't know about sharks, and to understand how we can best live with sharks and protect them, we need to learn more - taking a humanist and evidence-based approach. 

That's why the Shark Trust is important to me, and why I support the good work of organisations like Mareco.
