It was great to visit London Pride again this year, even though it was incredibly hot on Saturday, with temperatures reaching 28°C. The intense sun presented a real challenge for photography - I had to underexpose my shots to avoid blowing out the highlights and leaving everything looking stark white, whilst the harsh light also threatened to wash out the vibrant colours. However, I had fun time editing the final images, helped by how warm and welcoming everyone was. People were incredibly friendly and more than happy to pose, which makes a photographer's job so much more rewarding!
